“Cute little apartment and very quiet except for some traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is there should be more seating. A chair in the living room would be nice. Location is good, close to everything. ”

“Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community. ”

“The property is in the middle of the small downtown area; you can walk to shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to park across the street from property at no cost. The hotel room was quiet and clean and large enough for two. We really enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view is great.”

“Ok,it has to be said the property is a little dated. If you're looking for the most up to date features, this one is not for you. BUT. The property is wonderfully maintained, well appointed, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stellar.Lots of room, beach amenities stored in the closets fro you to use, a wonderfully comfotable memory foam bed, a well appointed kitchen, TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The shower water pressure was a little weak is my only real complaint.……

“Overall the hotel was very nice, but the single issue of note was that the refrigerator in the room was broken, and it took three complaints to finally get a new refrigerator installed. The one in the room was broken and leaking refrigerant. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.”
