“Already left this review, but I will say it again, the housekeeping staff at this Hyatt is second to none. Also, Warren, who works the p.m. on the front desk is stellar. A true company man committed to guest happiness. Beds are super comfy. Noticed a slight downshift in the towels on this trip. I come 4 times/year and go out of my way to stay at this Hyatt”

“前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice”

“Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky”

“I love how when you first walk in there you have to get verified before you even get access to go all the way in I love the vibes the music everybody was friendly, nice and sweet customer service was 10/10 even down to the people at the casino. Trust me is worth the drive.‼️‼️‼️”

“Perfect location for my needs-close to Merritt Parkway, grocery, etc. Staff terrific-professional, helpful and friendly. Hated the little refrigerator in the room!! Why did I have to keep pushing a button for it to work?!?”

“入住后 感觉都很好 结果晚上睡觉时发上床上有异物 凭空感觉是“猫屎咖啡”于是申请换房间 搬行李 同时让酒店明天给我明确回复（What is that) ..．．．．后来酒店告诉我是食品 接下来的时间 我还要再住一周左右 因为这里距离我工作的地点最便利”
