"Breakfast menu was odd. I was surprised to see canned vienna sausages as the protein option. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, viennas, cereal flakes, croissant or toast, banana, yogurts, and nespresso pods - sorry but the coffee was super sour and weird! You’re not allowed to take your food back to your room which also felt weird considering there wasn’t always seating. My heater in my room didn’t work very well. Outside of these things the staff were great and helpful when I expressed concern over finding my keycard reader on the floor outside my door. They were quick to check it out and kind. The doormen were also very polite and kind. Not a bad stay. It’s local to a lot of stuff with easy subway access and close to Penn station. Breakfast just needs some major sprucing. "
