“Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. So far, for the next 4 days, everything seems good, BUT..till the last 2 days, i again suddenly find 4-5ants on my bed blanket again.. To be honest, as a customer, "Tidness" should put the……

“No hair dryer can be provided, even provided, a bit melt and I’m not dare enough to use. Have seriously ants inside the room and my bread for next morning breakfast all full with ants! Only good thing is this is nearby a mall that I need to visit. I was booking for 2 nights but I change hotel in second day.”

“The hotel was conveniently located next to Sawaraku General Hospital. The coin laundry was well-equipped. It was nice that the convenience store was open until late at night.”

“飯店打掃得非常乾淨,附贈的早餐簡單可口,還有2-3樣水果,工作人員都很親切,離河邊有點距離,不過走路可到,飯店可訂計程車，司機都會提前到達等侯，附近吃飯算方便,尤其是晚餐,古晉很多餐廳都是下午五點後才開始營業.”

“Hotel's generally all right and one of my favorites whenever I visit. But more can be done for the bathrooms. Second time here and i realized it needs improvements. The room smelled musty, and there was a huge black patch on the ceiling of the toilet with what i assume, is mould. Walls of the toilet weren't exactly clean as well. While it's a non window room and theres no other form of ventilation other than the bathroom vent, i think more effort could be spared to maintaining the bathrooms.……

“Horrible Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 . On s’est retrouvé avec un grand lit . La dame nous a alors proposé une chambre sans fenêtre avec un supplément si nous souhaitions 2 lits . La chambre vaut 78 ringhit mais hôtels.com la facture quasiment le double . Il y’avait des geckos sur les murs . ”
