“Everyone at the front desk was amazing but the room could use some attention. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint falling off and landing all over everything. An exhaust fan would probably fix this problem. The curtains were very dirty...had food or something smeared all over them. Safety guard across the window had peeling paint on it. Extra whole had been drilled in the vent in the bathroom, not sure what that for but we plugged it just in case. Will not allow me to attach……

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“Enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Perfect for 3 couples. It was clean, comfortable and close to the ballpark! Would stay again. ”

“The location was great. The rooms were very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Elizabeth did a great job cleaning the room. ”

“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”

“Friendly staff ”

“We chose this location because it is close to the interstate and Gateway Arch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having an “in room” fridge and microwave were convenient. We arrived late at night and had to heat up our dinner. They also have an ice maker which is a plus for us (we brought a cooler). Also, they have an overnight security in the parking lot, which makes travelers like ourselves feel safer. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Our family has a well rested stay.……
