「We arrived to the property late due to delayed flights. We drove ourselves from the airport. The hotel was difficult to find at night. Once we arrived to check in the process was simple and easy, the front desk staff was very helpful including sending another employee to show us where to park and escort us to our room to ensure the keycard worked and everything was ok. 「Promised an art drawing class at 12:30 on Tuesday. No instructor showed up. 6/17/26 showed up at 1 pm. Too much seaweed. No one cleaned it on Tuesday. Other beach had no beach chairs, only picnic tables. No shuttle to town. Shuttle to casino No one working at the front desk in the middle of the day Machines were broken in the East End coffee shop. Activities director doesn’t work on schedule.」
