“Property well kept and quite.”

“The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put……

“We always choose Home2 Suites for our road trips because we travel with many children and value the clean, spacious rooms the brand typically offers. However, this particular location was quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. ​It felt like the property hasn't been maintained well in a long time. The shower booth wasn't clean, the sink faucet was loose and wobbly, and the standing lamp next to the couch had a broken base, making it feel like it would tip over at any moment.……

“Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”
