The inn's hostesses go out of their way to make you feel, not only welcome but, special. My husband and I have stayed in a few of their wonderfully-themed rooms several times. Carole and Angie are the absolute best at accommodating your needs, willing to offer suggestions about places to go or to eat, and of course, cooking the all-important morning breakfast and supplying……

“Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves”

“The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna ”

“It was just okay. I was expecting a window or sliders in the bedroom but a wall was put over them. The room was so dark with no natural light. The pictures definitely make it seem better than it is in person. ”

“The kitchen was set up so that we could make our own meals. There are Nice beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler supplied and just enter the beach easily down the ramp., no stairs. The balcony view was fabulous. The mngmt here responds quickly to questions or concerns. Loved the stay. Plan to visit again”

“Beautiful property. Walking distance to historic downtown. Very comfortable with several areas to sit outside and relax. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning. Even adjusted to our dietary needs. Housekeeping is only when you checkout and that was a little different for us. Also limited ice if that's important to you. Close to the beach, just over the causeway.Would definitely go back.”
