“Great stay, friendly and professional staff. Too bad that the streets around the hotel were all with construction making a bit complicated to get to the hotel. ”

One thing i wish it had.. was a microwave in the room, we had some leftovers we wish we couldve heated up. Usually when theres a fridge theres a microwave ”

“Room was pretty clean. Dishwasher didn't work very well. Couch pillows were really dusty. Garbage disposer was slow to drain water from sink. Towels were rough.”

“Gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. The facility was clean. I used the pool and although it was nice, it was really cold compared to other hotels. My room was nice and comfortable. Only concern is when I went to shower, there were lots of long black hair in the shower and a couple used Qtips in the bathroom basket.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a trip to shop and visit Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and hot items were switched each day. The pool was saltwater and clean. My only "conplaint" would be that the photos show a hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub has been filled in, and the pool is small and very shallow. This made for a very crowded pool. Also, the pool was constantly out of towels which we……

“I wish the room has air purifier, like Japanese hotels do have them to reduce the room oder. Location is good, near by mall, i75 high way and banks. Room seems old a bit. The bed is too soft. The shower water pressure is low. ”
