We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Club East! The resort and our room were both very clean and well maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The complimentary shuttle to Ocean Club West was a great perk and made it easy to enjoy both properties. And, of course, Grace Bay Beach is absolutely stunning—beautiful turquoise water, soft white sand, and the perfect place to relax.

「The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant,and helpful. Always eager to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the beach takes only about 3 minutes, and they provided umbrellas and lounge chairs which is a plus. Our room was cleaned daily, and beds were comfortable.」

「First the good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there one night, and I would not have wanted to stay longer. The room was fine but certainly run down compared to the Expedia photos - rust on fixtures, water damage on wood and overall just needing some things replaced. The bathroom was decent.
