"The property is in a good location but the actual structure needs work. Entry area really needs painted, our bedroom could use some TLC, kitchen area needs structure, outside area in the back has lots of junk in it. Owner was very nice! Building is for sale I believe, could be reason why it's not being worked on. "

"Evolve cancelled the reservation the day I was to arrive - I was on hold with them for hours throughout the day - spoke to several different supervisors - was told a relocation expert from expedia would reach out - but they never did. Save yourself the aggravation and don't book if Evolve is the host. "
