「I was moved to 5 different rooms. There were ants in one room, marks on the walls in another room, soiled linen a toilet that only worked sometimes, and,,」

「Great staff but the hotel is in a dire location. Possibly because of this, it appears to be attracting guests that abuse the facility as there was damage」

「Poor maintenance overall the hotel was dirty stains on the walls staff not helpful」

「My family and I were in town for graduation and we absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was wonderful!!!! Check in was very easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety and nice seating area. We needed extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed and within 2 minutes of speaking with the housekeeping supervisor, we had exactly what we needed. We had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10」

「The room was okay, nothing special. The shower was small and simple.」

「Great place to stay. Best breakfast!」

「We really enjoyed this beautiful cabin with so many amenities. Will definitely book again. The only con was the driveway was almost washed out and to narrow. Other than that everything was spectacular!」

「Great location for visiting Coca Cola Amphitheater. I rode an evo bike to the show. Location had everything needed for a good stay. Location was clean.」

「The home was not very clean when we arrived. The linens were stained on the beds, there were bugs, the toilet was unsafe and unstable, and there were no washcloths, hand towels, or body towels in the bathroom. I feel bad because I have never written a poor review before. If we had not arrived late at night in the rain, I would have left and asked for a full refund. I contacted the property management company about these issues and asked if we could get a partial refund. They did respond, but...

「Plenty of room for my family, very comfortable home with everything we needed. Just a great location and great place to stay. 」

「Curtains were damaged when we walked in, we found chips on floor, bugs throughout the house and issues with main bathroom. There was also a strange smell.」
