“Hotel is gorgeous - room window & blinds were old which let in noise and early morning sunshine which was not for a relaxing room stay”

“Hotel needs a renovation. The water pressure on the sixth floor bathroom could have been better. Not a fan of sliding glass door to bathroom. Bed was comfy and room was large enough. The coffee in the rooms is weak.The staff was very helpful.”

“Conveniently located, relatively quiet aside from occasional drag race down 71st by motorcycles, but I was on the noisy end of the building. Clean and staff was polite. Desk chair was too short and I'm 6'3. Desk-lite was worthless. It was a good place to sleep for 5 1/2 hrs after a 12 hr drive.”

“All of the staff was amazing. I’m serious. I spoke to the cleaning staff, said hello to the maintenance man, the front desk women were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The room cleaning lady was whispering because she didn’t want to wake any guests on Saturday morning. And she said she’s super quiet cleaning in the weekends to ensure the guests have a nice sleep. My husband and I will stay here again. ”
