“The staff were very helpful and friendly”

“Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust. ”

“We like the location. This was our 2nd time staying there. Traveling from Florida to NYS. We hope that the next la Quinta that we choose going back south in October will be just as good. We will be choosing the lake Norman area then. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only downfall is that they put us at the end of the hallway on 1st floor near outside exit door where it was a little noisy when people were coming in and out.”

“The air conditioning was broken - the temperature outside was 103 degrees. The staff assured me that it was being repaired, however when I spoke to another guest she told me that it had been broken 2 consecutive days prior as well.”

“There was pubic hair in shower I had to clean it b4 using. The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. There was a large family gathering and they were in Libby All hours and noisy Was not a normal relaxing visit to a crown property and the shower not being cleaned was disappointing”
