“Clean nice hotel will definitely stay again”

“Breakfast was awesome, did not like the shower curtain it was not clean, staff were very nice and happy to see us. Loved the wood work on the wall by elevators. Ice machine was on different floor, would have been better to have it on same floor. Areas to sit were clean and the hall ways were clean. Yes I would stay there again.”

“Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust. ”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean along with the rooms. Room was spacious. Breakfast was your typical continental but they kept everything fresh and hot. Definitely would stay again!”

“The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away.”
