“The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Definitely home away from home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when providing information. ”

“Solo vacation trip. For the positives, bathroom looks to have been mostly remodeled. Other than the toilet and it's amenities, the bathroom looked clean. The lighting in the entire room was very good. As was the flooring. Now for the negatives. I'll leave that on the after-stay review.”

“They Cancelled my reservation don’t know why, they sure withdrew the money from my account I was not informed of it called police and they kicked me out of the property! Never have I experienced such before will never return to this property!!! 👎👎👎👎”

“DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet……

“It was a nice stay, direct view of the beach, but lots of cosmetic stuff that’s needs to be done. Other than that, it was a good stay. Had to pay for parking which was not stated in the instructions. ”

“We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean and just as described. It was perfect for ly family of 4. The location and amenities offered by the resort allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Communication with Julie was great, she answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will come back!”

“No access to starbucks. They told us to bring our own toiletries so we stop buy at the store before we went. But it was provided. Everything else is excellent. ”
