“Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“I hear they are tearing this hotel down soon. Bummer. Is a cute hotel with a function room. The room was STUFFY. Was able to open the windows but was unable to have cold air blow in through the vent.. which sucked for sleeping.. overall. If we were to stay here again, we'd bring a fan.”

“Let me preface by saying that the staff that I dealt with during my actual weekend stay were wonderful. However, today I noticed a double charge on my bank account. I called my bank who told to contact the hotel directly. This was the most aggressive and nasty customer service I’ve ever encountered from any one at any level from any business!! A man who CSA is his Michael, referred to himself as a manager spoke to me in the rudest manner and proceeded to tell me that no one else can assist me……

“Rooms are immaculate and updated, albeit smaller than the average casino room. Hotel is in a separate building from the (newly renovated) casino, but easily accessible through breezeways, which is nice because it's quiet and clean, not a hint of smoke. Would absolutely recommend staying on site as opposed to trying to find outside lodging for a trip here. ”

“Friendly staff. Hotel fine. Room fine. Construction around and someone was smoking pot either in room nearby or outside our window that we could smell while falling asleep. Restaurant/bar looked nice. Didn't go”
