“Love the kiddie pool. I've rented at the Plaza several times for this amenity for my grandkids. Only problem is the fish slide is missing pieces and scratches the kids when they slide down. Love the hot tub. It's nice and hot.”

“They’re under a remodel so that was not counted against them. The pool was amazing for the kids and so was Moxies! We unfortunately were not in a recently renovated room but our friends were and it looked great! Ours was not bad though. Breakfast was good for us and it’s free so not sure why people gripe. Our frustration falls with the owners and their lack of communication and the lack of description in the rooms. We booked a deluxe after calling the hotel since the description was non-existent……

“Amanda at the front desk was phenomenal. The parking was close to the door, and well lit. We arrived late and the pool was closed but we used it in the morning. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful when I checked in after 9:00 and I enjoyed a tasty drink at the bar before bed. The room and bed were great, and the service at breakfast was perfect. My only quibble is that the breakfast wasn’t up to the rest of the experience. The deck overlooking the Mississippi River is stunning.”
