“Check in was amazing, one valet attendant came off hateful and a little rude, had issues with our TV not working properly and it took a tech almost all day to fix, bar staff was wonderful, help desk was not so informative, found out as we were going to bed on our last night, that there was a 4 floor balcony that we could have spent some time on viewing the city, sunsets, etc, no one told us about that, as for suggestions for activities , sites to take in communication was limited as we just……

“Beautiful room! The artwork and quality of space was amazing. The big heavy vintage wood doors were beautiful. We loved the authentic adobe feel inside with visible straw mud walls. Amenities were great, too, with coffee maker and glass door fridge. The breakfast buffet (free) was delicious offering fresh fruit, French toast, bacon, eggs and hash browns. Also offering pastries and international breakfast options. Overall, a great place to stay! The only thing we missed out on was that the……

“Mandatory valet parking is not only inconvenient, it is also a rip off with the valets expecting tips. At these room rates, and mandatory resort fees, tipping should be discouraged with prominent signage and the valets should be instructed to turn down tips.”

“The service was excellent with butler’s available as requested. The native artwork was exceptional. The fireplace in the room gave a lovely ambience. ”

“Closer parking to your rooms and absolutely need cart for taking luggage to rooms. We had to make multiple trips and lug our bags etc to our room that was not close to parking.”

“Amazing a little casita,beautifully decorated, historic elements, but every comfort of modern....everything was working with no problem,clean house,kids enjoyed jacuzzi every night after skiing and I enjoyed sitting by fireplace....walking distance to everything, location is perfect,8 min walk to plaza and everything else.....this was our 3th visit in Santa Fe,but best so far....we would definitely stay there again,communication with rental property management was excellent, need to……
