“We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. “The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. ”

“We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??”
