「We had a wonderful stay.Parking on site was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. Outstanding location for everything we wanted to do during our time in Santa Fe. We look forward to returning in the future.」

The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. 「The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. 」

The living room/kitchenette area was closed off from the bathroom and even the bathroom was closed off from the bedroom though you had to finagle with the doors since they were really close to each other. I wasn't in my room for a good majority of my stay since I used to live in town and was visiting friends and such but when I was it was nice. 「This was a terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay in this hotel. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel. Absolutely terrible I recommend no one stay here ever. 」
