“Nothing”

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around. ”

“This hotel was both beautiful and so clean. We stayed there for an event and the staff and service were great. The little downtown area was so cute with nice restaurants and coffee shops, and was very walkable from the hotel itself. I highly recommend the Garden City Hotel! ”

“The hotel is nice and in a great location. I am an Omni member but booked this on Hotels com as it was a better price. Checked in close to noon after traveling all morning and thought I could get my room early. Gentleman stated that were no rooms similar to the one I booked available yet. I felt like since I booked it on hotels. Com I was treated different. Hotel was not sold out, so not sure if there were any available. He stated for an up fee I could take another room. That I felt should……

“Cockroaches, lack of toothbrush and slippers, clogged bathtub.”
