“I always stay at The Line when visiting Austin. It's a great location right on the lake and near South Congress which is my favorite shopping area. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the shower is amazing. All 3 restaurants are worth checking out. The pool is relaxing in the morning and a fun social whirl later in the day.”

“The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. The bad: hotel lost power for no apparent reason for an hour or so. Elevator service was spotty at best The pool was way over crowded and filthy. The hotel doesn’t claim ownership of this pool even though it sits on their roof. They allow folks to come in that aren’t staying at the hotel which accounts for the overcrowding”

“First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. ”
