“room was a little dated but comfortable, Staff was very helpful”

“Property clean, we'll kept. Need to change up the food. Service was good for most part as I guess they were shirt staff. Nice little beach and snorkeling. Money spent on all inclisive was not worth it. Had much much better elsewhere.”

“We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd……

“We arrived on 10/14/2026 with a group of 8. We got checked in and ALL of my money was in my wallet. We took our bags to our room and were in a hurry to get to the pool with our group. We did not unpack. We came back to the room to get ready for dinner and the show. We still did not unpack until after the show. While unpacking I found that ALL of our money had been taken from my wallet, over $1100. We went to the front desk and security came back to search the room. They did not find anything.……

“The rooms were super clean. There was a variety of food which was great but it was only at the fiesta americana which was the sister hotel. The explorean only had one place to eat and the food honestly was not great. We sat through a what we though was a meeting to tell us more about the hotel amenities and it turned out to be a sales pitch to become fiesta members. 2 1/2 hrs later we finally were able to walk off. They got very insistent even after we said no. Honestly they were very upset……

“Rooms are basic but big and clean. There’s easy access to the elevator. Breakfast was good. The sun deck is breathtaking. Too bad the cruise ships block part of the view. Over all it’s walking distance to the ferry and town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they even made an animal out of towels. The bar is small but plenty to drink. I will most definitely be staying here again.”

“The only problem (actually it’s not resort’s problem) is the extreme humidity of the room, besides this all others are good”

“Pretty good resort overall and good food. Not enough options for drinks near the beach and the bartenders (some, late at night) aren’t the friendliest”

“Great property! Clean and comfortable, close to the plaza and port! Great stay and nice folks!”

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……

“Our recent stay at Private Paradise Villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Our kids had an absolute blast with the game theater, it kept them entertained and happy. Meanwhile, my spouse and I relished the time to relax by the infinity pool, indulge in spa treatments, and savor gourmet meals. One of the activity highlights was the private catamaran we booked through the resort. The attention to detail is……

“Adorable property, a block from the water. Loved having the kitchenette. Our host Roger was super friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!”
