The front desk attendant had a seriously bad attitude, treated me like an inconvenience, and told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes before she could check me in. I was exhausted from a full day in three airports and two flights, but posted up on a couch in the cafe area by the front desk and waited patiently. 「The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location.」
