“The main pool and lazy river were closed - also, we paid a daily rate to heat the pool and hot tub at our unit, but they never got up to temperature. We could only set the thermostat from 72-78. The water for showers and baths was never quite hot enough. Also, the welcome screen that was supposed to have information about our unit wasnt working, which made things harder
All that said, the unit was very clean - the beds were comfortable - the appliances were very nice - and having full sized……

“Si for those who are trying to book this home, the house is beautiful and very well kept, make sure to bring your own trash bags, napkins and toilet paper as they only provide very few , bring towels, on my stay we had a good time the only set back was maintenance, for example the 1st bathroom broke and I reported the issue but no one ever came , I paid extra for the heated pool , but upon arrival it was cold… my only recommendation is to Report Report Report , luckily was not charged for the……

“This property was perfect, we were pleasantly surprised! We thought the beds in the themed room would be child sized but upon arrival noticed they were queens which was really nice! The pool was refreshing. The place was very clean and crisp. Nice bedding and towels.
The hosts were kind and helpful, provided all resources we needed and the check in and checkout was smooth!
On the downside - I’m not sure if the hot water tank is shared with more than one unit, on two of the nights we got home……

“The management of this property is terrible and the worst ever!
The house was not accessible on booked day and management could not resolve the issue with the code leaving us standed, exhausted, and traumatized and forcing us to find another alternative in the middle of the night. They were not responsive, could not come and get the door open, leaving us to scramble to find a place to sleep even though we were from out of state and had already paid and afterwards still has not refunded back our……
