「The rooms were a bit dated but the staff were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were excellent at breakfast, ensuring we had a gluten-free breakfast.
The pool was great, as was the bar area, which was perfect in the evening.」

「I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay.
It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.」

「Fantastic Stay at The Aviator (Room 104)
I had a wonderful experience staying at The Aviator. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
Shoutout to Housekeeping: I stayed in Room 104, and I have to give a special mention to Amber. The clean room was absolutely pristine; her attention to detail was evident the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find such a high standard of cleanliness!

Rooms are clean / shower was a little broken
Half the lockers in spa do not work.
Massage was good.
Dinner was good.
Breakfast we were a few mins before closing they wouldn’t let us in.
