“Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Updated property. We got daily notifications about music and fun events happening. We traveled with my young daughter and the staff was all so sweet and fun with her. Great family spot!”

“Food prices were a little bit expensive compared to surrounding areas. Some room updates are needed. Having beach access across the property is an huge plus. The hourly shuttles to downtown, as well as the on-call airport shuttle, being part of the amenities, is top-notch! Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely considering going back. ”

“Upon arrival my sheets had hair in them. The old lady housekeepers were looking at me strange and speaking another language. She told me to show her the hair like I was lying or something. Thank goodness I never saw them again. The other housekeeper was kind and courteous. The beds are very uncomfortable and for the price you would think that the furniture would be better. The furniture was very old and beat up. The room is nice but it would be even nicer with a fresh coat of paint and replacing……

“We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. ”
