“Guests (girls) Screaming yelling and racing up and down halls at midnight slamming doors and disrupting guests on 3rd floor. Need security to walk halls to stop disruptive drunk guests Also, rooms need additional towel racks or towel hooks to hang wet towels.”

“The stuffs are very nice, room is clean and new, it’s safe that elevator is limited outside people to take. 24/7 hot water and Starbucks coffee, it’s need to 6–7minutes to go to Danbury Fair Mall.Trader Joes 3minutes. That’s great! ”

“We thought the grounds and facility were wonderful. We loved the concept. But, it needed some TLC. It has the potential to be fabulous place. It is a shame that it is not kept up as it should be. You should not call it a “….Hotel and Spa”, if you do not have the Spa open for guest. It us so unique, we would love to see it thrive. Thank you!”

“I enjoyed how quiet the place was. The laundry and dryer were very useful . The kitchen could be equipped with better useful utensils for cooking. The floors were also somewhat sticky .”

“Misleading write-up on bedrooms. Fourth bedroom was above the front living room without a door and very far from the bathrooms... It was shabby, shabby chic with a very squeaky bed and the box spring was old with holes and rusty. The couple who were to stay in that room refused and went to a hotel. All closets, drawers etc were totally full so hard to settle in. House was tidy but not clean. My family was disappointed.”
