“Home away from home! Cozy rooms, friendly helpful staff (Love the doorman Jeanne :) perfect location, neighborhood's lovely, walkable, varied dining options, midst of colleges. Look forward to our 3rd return! Only complaint about our room: either theres no exhaust fan or it doesn’t work. With 4 people & 1 bath, not good. Also maybe add a prep sink in kitchenette/bar. Otherwise great! ”

“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“Room was great. Concierge was helpful. The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify). Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed. A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.”

“Everything else is fine expect the laundry services. They forgot to bring back to me on time and on the date of checkout I was told it will be ready at 11am so I waited for half an hour but the 11:10 staff came to me and said they have no idea where my clothes is. They made me file a online form but no further update. Horrible services. They lost my clothes. ”

“Shower was not hot & water pressure was very weak. Carpet was dirty and overall daily cleaning service was very poor ( except for the couple of days when the room was cleaned by an Asian lady ) . Shower gel was not refilled and it was completely empty on the last night and wasn’t refilled even after we told the concierge twice. Lack of amenities. ”
