“I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!”

“A lovely hotel located about 15 minutes from Stonehenge and 15 minutes from Salisbury town centre. The room was spacious, and the heater worked perfectly—nice and warm. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nora at reception was lively, helpful, and incredibly bubbly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area. ”
