“This was my first time at Greektown Hotel and it was great! Quiet floors, plenty to do in the area, Dunkin Donuts in the downstairs lobby of the hotel. Will be returning! :)”

“The hotel was beautiful and clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks and were impressed with our room and the rest of the hotel. Two issues to consider: 1. We stayed in a room facing a nightclub, and the noise was outrageous half the night. We'll request a different room location if we stay again. 2. We chose this hotel partly because they offer a free local shuttle. They don't advertise that there is ONE shuttle, it's……

“Easy check in free valet. Able to upgrade to wellness floor. Room view was great. Very nice lady at check in.”

“优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。 缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。”

“This hotel was fabulous! We were in town for a wedding in Birmingham and this hotel was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were a big perk for traveling with two young children. The room was clean snd comfortable, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also excellent and we enjoyed many meals there. Definitely would stay here again! ”
