「The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills! The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me!  Thank you for the awesome stay once again, Rica...

「Exceeded expectations. Great hotel that is perfectly located in downtown Detroit. Walking distance to Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, and Ford Field. Also Detroit Opera House, Fillmore, and Fox. Room was awesome. Breakfast in Rise is very good. The Lone Goat pub is attached and awesome. Lots of shops, cocktail bars, etc in the immediate area. 「The hotel had a unique architecture and style. My husband said he felt like we were in an old James Bond movie. Our room was on the smaller side, but perfect for just the 2 of us. Great views of the city. Super close to Comerica, Ford Field and a short walk to Little Caesars(we were there for a Pistons game). 「Was "upgraded" to a room with two queens. With two people a King is what we wanted and didn't need the second room. One the second night there was an alarm that went off in the hallway or another room all night. Got no sleep. 」

「Everything was just as expected, nice quit and relaxing. Even though It would have been nice to have let us know that the restaurant, bar, and spa was going to be closed during our stay. My husband and I still enjoyed the quit birthday getaway. I just would of loved the entire experience.」
