“The house keeper did not clean and provide supply every day, and the second morning around 5 am the fire alarm sounded, no any explain from front desk. The hotel price is good, and location is good distance.”

“Really enjoyed this property. Even though it was large, it didn’t feel overwhelming. Starbucks on site, plenty of pools, nice paths to each building. Very friendly staff. Ricardo at front desk and Spencer at concierge were very personable. Fitness centre and arcade were great. The location was so convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Even though our room wasn’t renovated yet (others have been) we were still very happy with the space. The only thing that I’d say was not “perfect” is that……

“The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. ”

“They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal”
