“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another……

“For the price point it was not a bad spot. They often didn’t have pool towels; the pool is small and gets crowded quick; the shower didn’t drain; and Housekeeping would often take the bathroom towels and not replace them, but the location on the coastline had a nice view (but no real beach access), the ladies at the front desk were super friendly, and even greeted us with a complimentary margarita on our arrival.”

“Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.”
