“We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The amenities and property were beautiful. The food was a little overpriced, but we still enjoyed it, and the views were amazing. I took off one star due to a concierge, Justine Belaveke, who was rude when I asked where the restroom was for myself—I'm seven months pregnant—and for my three-year-old toddler. She held up her finger dismissively, was disrespectful, and attempted to argue, which I did not engage in. I didn't let this one experience ruin our……

This property is falsely advertised we learned that it is not a hotel resort it’s private owned timeshare’s upon checking in for my accommodation booking for queen size studio suite room with ocean view balcony as we received our room the balcony did not have ocean view it was a city view instead……

“Property only has 1 place to eat. Market is very expensive. If you are not staying near the main pool the golf carts have to take you to your room and back. Lots is stairs to walk up and down. It was just ok.”
