“The moody boldness of the Grady is the exact atmosphere I inadvertently needed. From the light fixtures to the TALL ceiling. The staff were warm and helpful. But let me tell you, the pour over coffee, wow!!! I just bought my own Fellow kettle and Copper Cow coffee, I enjoyed it that much. Location is perfect. Easy to find. The restaurant is delicious. “I loved that it was an historic hotel and that Hilton very evidently cares about the legacy of the Seelbach — preserving whatever possible of the original hotel through the years is challenging work, but doing so nets so much credit among those who appreciate the history. From an elegant lobby, well-appointed rooms, and readily available and accessible historic spaces this hotel is the best place I’ve stayed in years.”
