“Not only did it take several days for room service to even show up to my room. But im getting charged for smoking in a hotel room, considering ive never even hit a nicotine vape in my life I find it insane that im being charged with this. I will not being returning, I will warn everyone of my peers who visits st pete to steer clear, and I will be filing a claim on this charge because there is NO REASON I should even accused of smoking. Unbelievably embarrassing for a "high quality establishment"”

“The room is large, the bed is comfortable and clean. The disadvantage is that the noise of the plane flying over is very loud.”

“Beautiful landscapes. Well maintained pools . Excellent bar-restaurant upstairs Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of places on the property to hang out. Only negative thing we experienced was a bug in the bed. Like a beetle. I talked to the front desk abd they immediately changed my room which i appreciated. Some of the rooms have new bathrooms with really nice showers abd mirrors. Our second room was old bathroom. It was fine but hopefully i get a new bathroom on my next visit.……

“Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Almost entirely under construction and didn’t give me notice until it was too late to cancel though that’s partially on Expedia too. Bathroom was dated although decently clean. The valet was overwhelmed and charged $44 a night when it would have been more convenient to just get the car myself instead of waiting 20 minutes for them to get my car from walking distance. Called for towels twice and never got them. Cleaning staff was extremely loud in……

“I did not think Staff was up to standard when i tried to check out. could not get Valet for car. could not get front desk to answer my calls for 15 minutes. Valet left car in front but no one around. had to go to valet office to find my car fob.”
