“The housing keeping staff are warm. However, the staff at the reception counter and the bell boys during check-in and during our stay were not warm and not friendly, not feeling a sense of guests. Same comment on the female staff of the Early Edition Espresso Bar (Men staff are warm). Besides, my daughter needs to use crutches to walk but no staff helped open the heavy entrance glass door for her when she entered and left the hotel during our 7-day stay. Unlike our stay in other……

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“Did not expect we stayed at 5F and the bar downstairs played music till 2 o’clock. Limited space, unrealistic and useless designs. May fit for people who likes night-life style. Not recommend for family and business trip. ”

“Small rooms but extremely efficient in design. Great aesthetic. Disappointed in how much self-service one has to do though - check in/out, luggage storage etc. for the price. It’s not a cheap hotel. Beautiful exterior gardens on main floor and great rooftop. ”
