"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff here are wonderful. Very accommodating, helpful, and friendly! Front the front desk, to the pool attendants, the bar staff, breakfast and reception staff, bell desk - every staff interaction I had was great! Breakfast was great each day - many options and move through a massive volume of people quickly and efficiently. Hotel itself was just what we needed, with amenities and helpful little “extras” that helped make our stay great. Thanks to all at Embassy - Mahalo, and see you again!"

"The partial ocean view was better than expected. Absolutely great view! The resort fee is an added hidden expense that I feel is unscrupulous. Why not just include it in the room price? Even though I expected it, it just doesn’t feel right. There’s no choice. We used none of the beach towels, chairs or whatever else this allegedly covers, but have to pay anyway. Come on, just be transparent about your room rates. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable."

"We love this hotel but they are under construction which limits the usual amenities in the lobby areas. Staff is top notch! Great location. "
