"Clean and family friendly "

"The resort was beautiful and staff were friendly. The restaurants were incredibly slow - people got upset and left - like 4 hours for a meal. Not acceptable. Food was good, not great."

"I found the male staff members to be very flirtatious and sexually forward in a way that made me feel uncomfortable as a female traveling alone. It felt very unprofessional. My air conditioner leaked a giant puddle on the floor and even though I mentioned it several times, it took them three days to fix it. The outlets don't work to charge a cell phone and I was left with a dead phone for 48 hours. I didn't find the buffet until the last day. It wasn't a great experience."

"The resort was nice. A lot of construction going on when we were there in the main lobby. Had to go to the nurse one of the days because I stepped on a sea urchin and the nurse was very helpful. The resort it self was nice and the food was acually not bad at all. The buffet was good and the al la carts were okay. Definitely do the Hibatchi. "

"I have zero complaints! Amazing resort, so many restaurants/places to eat, gorgeous beaches (MORE THAN ONE), room service is amazing (for cleanliness, didn’t order room service), activities were top tier!"
