“Staff was amazing”

“Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.”

“Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.”

“Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it.”

“Staf was cheerful. Overall good stay, family frienly. Outdoor self parking available. Breakfast included, includes omelette on order. One inconvenience was the bed, mattresses are not very wide compared to other hotels and they bend down a lot on the side.”

“Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower.”

Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. “Very sweet and accommodating front desk staff, particularly the older lady who checked us in upon our very late arrival. She doted on our kids and gave them goody bags, and offered us all bottled water. The room was comfortable and seemed relatively clean with slight signs of wear, but nothing egregious. The bed was very comfy and I had probably one of the best nights of sleep I experienced during our ten days of travel. The morning breakfast was good and fully stocked with a nice variety of……
