"This is a fantastic hotel; the staff were all very friendly and helpful and responsive to all requests. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Our room was very comfortable, always clean, wonderfull breakfasts provided, strong water pressure and A/C. We always felt welcomed."

"The location and view is just unbelievable. Views looking out to both the caldera infront of you and also the beautiful Oia buildings behind you. The hot-tub was great too. The porters very friendly and hard-working. Additionally, the hotel staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 and were so helpful answering questions, sorting rentals for us - pretty much like a personal tour guide. 10/10 highly recommend."
