“Staff super nice, friendly and helpful”

“For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a 2-bedroom suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect. We booked airport transportation, transfer to Placencia, several rides into San Ignacio and all of our tours with them. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.”

“It doesn’t look like much from the front but we absolutely loved our stay!!!! We stayed in room 18 and the bed was amazing! The large screen TV after being out all day was nice to come back to. The room was big and comfy! We only had breakfast there and it was so good!!! Love the staff in the restaurant… for the price… so worth it!!!”

“Falling Leaves is a beautiful resort! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hammock on the patio looked over a koi pond and was close to the river. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious restaurant for several meals. Great service and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this lovely oasis!”

“Great room for traveling. Loved the microwave, kettle, and fresh water in the common area. Checked in with my 16 year old son, quick trip to grocery store, then wonderful little restaurant downstairs where the kid discovered he loves fish empanadas, ate on the balcony, ordered more empanadas, met the restaurant staffs husband (a tour guide) and got number so next time we are in San Ignacio we go cave tubing, slept well, then up and out early for adventure. Everything one needs to travel through……
