「Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Legian. Man kommt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Strand. Das Personal ist super freundlich und lieb. 」

「Comfy room, the janitor always returns a neat room to me when i am back from the tiring trip. The receptionist are nice and helpful to solve your problem. I think the thing they can improve is the facillities in the gym room and the food of the breakfast buffet. The dessert/ pastry looks staying overnight. The hot food also doesnt taste nice.」

「新しいヴィラで口コミが少なく、特に日本人の口コミを見かけなかったため少し不安でしたが、泊まって大正解のヴィラでした！ 施設の広さもプールも3人には十分すぎるくらいでした。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。基本的なもの（歯ブラシ、綿棒、コットン等）は揃っていますが、コンディショナーはありません。 毎日人数分の水を下さり、コンセントが多めだったのがとても有り難かったです。 ヴィラの周りはレストランやスーパー、コンビニ等があまりないためgrabでの移動が基本となります。 強いて言うならば、ヴィラの入り口のドアの建て付けが少し悪いことと室内の広さに対してゴミ箱が少ないことが気になりました。 ただ、本当に良いヴィラだったのでおすすめです。」

「明明已經透過訂房網付費完成訂房手續，但是酒店人員疏失，造成我們沒有房間住，安排我們到D'WINA VILLA KUTA去，酒店人員說我們並非是第1組客人是這樣的情況了！講的很好聽說是升等到比較好比較大的合作villa去，但實際是D'WINA VILLA KUTA是間老舊的villa，而且並沒有熱水可以使用(跟酒店人員反應，來看了老半天只告訴我們等十分鐘就會有熱水，但我們開了半個多小時還是都沒有，全部人都洗冷水澡了)、洗澡的水量非常小、兩間villa的房間整晚都很吵(管線&機器運作的聲音吵的我們整晚都無法入睡)。」
