「We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff was wonderful in helping setting up a special dinner at the Grill. The manager: Araceli was amazing, Hostess: Fabiola, Waiters: Ricardo Geraro, Joel, Isreal and the Chef: Eduardo. We had some amazing bar tenders. The place is always being cleaned, I can't say enough about the amazing staff all around. The grounds were beautiful and we were able to see sea turtles that hatched overnight. 「This was our first time here and it was an incredible stay! We would recommend this to any family who wants to vacation but also has kids and want them to have fun. The rooms are cleaned everyday and a courteous of drinks available at your room everyday. I will miss you Bahia príncipe Tulum!」
