“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Villa De Rosa was exactly as described. Our 2 bedroom Ocean view condo was amazing and in good condition unlike several places in Mexico we have stayed at. The beach and ocean was perfect with great snorkeling and swimming area's. Tony was amazing as advertised and was incredible helpful and always available. he would call us a taxi when needed and made sure we where taken care of. He also helped many guest with getting a rental car. the location is very central to all the best activities from……

“The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!”

My experience at the Grand Oasis Tulum was outstanding from beginning to end. The location is absolutely spectacular—set between lush jungle and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, offering a peaceful, visually stunning environment that immediately invites relaxation.
