Safari Tentalow in Al Sharqia

"9.5/10. Was well taken care off during my short stay. I arrived at the hotel early hours of the morning and the staff were cheery and happy which I love to see. I requested a late checkout as I arrived later than expected and the wonderful man checking me in didn't bat an eye and said it's done. Amazing! Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with a wide range, there's something for everyone. The room is compact but has everything you'd need, modern in design. The grounds are lovely and large. The gym well equipped. The free shuttle was a great perk, leaving every 30mins and running 24hrs a day. The one negative I have is this; when I was at the airport it wasn't easy to find where the shuttle location was not was there a schedule as to when the shuttle departs. I tried to call the hotel for guidance but no-one picked up. Arriving at 04:00 and being met with unscrupulous taxi drivers who lied about the shuttle being closed and charging extortionate prices for a 5mins journey. Eventually found the shuttle location and arrived quickly at the hotel."

"Great hotel in front of nile river. The reception was amazing and helpful. Very high security protection which makes you feel safe. Room and bed were very comfortable. Good value for the money. The only downside is that the majority of the customers are from Arab gulf countries which - in my opinion- have some behavioural issues which can makes someone uncomfortable next to them. Other than that, it’s a lovely place and will definitely recommend it "
