“I traveled with my wife and kids. Expedia messed up on our reservation, but the ladies at the front desk helped us out. Becareful booking out with expedia as they will tell you a "view," but really that view is of the parking lot, not the beach. Again, the front desk services helped us out and as usual, this property knocks it out of the park. The location is great. Right on the beach with a private beach (that now comes with beach chairs and an umbrella). We spent time on the beach and then……

“Read your instructions prior to getting there! I failed to do that. However, Condo owner was always on it. We had a couple of issues that were resolved immediately. One thing she made up for that is that she had cookies and a game for our granddaughters! Loved the Ward was lots of fun!”

“We always enjoy staying at your hotel when we come to Alabama football games. Having such ease at shopping so close by is a plus. I have another stay booked at the end of November. I did have to change our hotel in two weeks to another hotel due to a price increase. That’s one thing I think could be better, not going up on rates because a big ballgame is that weekend.”
