「Good 」

「Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room」

「Rob is so helpful and kind. Great stay.」

「Always a nice stay. Clean and affordable. Have stayed several times.」

「Floor of room very dirty. Bathroom and bed clean. Gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Breakfast was horrible. 」

「The room was a shack with so many roaches everywhere a roach literally feel on me the door lock didn't work and even with the heater on the front door gaps on the bottom and side of the door just allowed the cold outside winter air and wind blow on in the room and I also booked a single bed and was put in a 2 bed room 」

「I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...

「Simply listing facts: The lobby was surprisingly nice. Both evening staff and morning staff were semi-asleep at the desk. Both were respectful. The room (117) door weatherstripping was mostly missing. Allowing air & outside noise easily thru. Huge stain on the chair. Bathroom door would not latch. The tub/shower was wornout. Looks like it may have been painted previously. Ample supply of tp! Walls did not stop hearing the man snoring in the adjacent room. Ceiling did not stop hearing footsteps...
