“5 stars enough facility condition, not enough service mind level”

“Friendly staff, clean facilities Food was wonderful . The room was ses side view not direct sea view Beach was small but ok One draw back , was noise from nearby hotels ”

“Rixos Alalamein is an amazing jewel on the mediterran sea. It is very secluded. Spent two nights off season so certain amenities were not open like the seasonal restaurants other then the main buffet style restaurant called Mediterranean. The private beach within a cover was gorgeous with crystal clear water better than the Maldives. The open sea beach was closed because it was off season although honestly the water was calm and swimmable so no reason to have it closed. The best thing about this……

“I stayed there for three days. The housekeeper cleaned every day, but paint dust kept falling from the ceiling. No hot water came out, only lukewarm water.”

“Every thing was Good the stuffe, the service, room service, reception, cleaning. I didn't go swim, but i think the water is clean and very nice. My only complain, was i saw a woman in the swimming pool with her clothes, this is not acceptable at all fore hygienic Reason, and the garde man was there didn't say anything. ”

“This was our second stay at Jaz Almaza. This time was busier, being Eid long weekend. Service was less good than before. It was difficult to find waiter to order drinks. The resort is nice, clean pool and nice sitting areas. It's good value for the money.”

“An elegant old hotel and price is reasonable. Location is good and service is much better than anticipation. Afternoon tea is served.”

“Everything was great! So clean and tidy. Large chalets and twin house and bathroom. Comfy bed. Perfect location, right on a calm and peaceful beach. As soon as you walk out of the accommodation, you see this wonderful beach. During the evening. Staff were so polite, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again”

“The street is very noisy and busy. Difficult to cross the street to take the breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel. ”

“We had the most amazing family time. Staff is great , hotel very clean , service is excellent. we arrived around 12:30 PM , and staff checked us in already. Also the rooms booked were garden view , and they got us pool/sea view. It goes without saying the beach there is insane. Overall it was a wonderful time spent , and am glad Carols is still maintaining their quality lever.”
