“I hosted a women's retreat on March 21-24. The home accommodated the women beautifully. I rented this home for three reasons: 1. The home, as presented on the website, was beautiful and befitting the group of women who would stay there. 2. The women who stayed in the home were older women (40's-70's) and some of them needed everything on one level due to mobility issues. 3. There we no bunk beds. I searched a lot of homes and it was a challenge to find ones who did not offer bunk beds as part……

“I stayed with my husband, my two small dogs and two grandsons ages 12 and 14 while they were on spring break this week. The backyard was perfect for my little dogs. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet! The communication with the host was flawless. I loved the location. And the price was less than one hotel room in the city and much more comfortable for my grandsons and us! Even though the Pacers lost the game we went to. Our stay was a huge win!”

“The property was as listed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. Very nice house, was recently remodeled and done well.”

“The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.”

“We have used this property 2 times. For older ladies, the one level with no steps is wonderful as well as four bedrooms so each of us can have our own sleeping space. The open area of living room and kitchen allows all of us to be together while doing various things.”

“Lovely, well equipped, two story house in calm area near BSU; host was very responsive to minor glitch in door lock; property and house were very nicely decorated and maintained; kitchen was well equipped; linens were fresh; even a Brita pitcher was available to help with Muncie's known water "flavor" Highly recommend property to all unless steep stairs to bedrooms would pose an issue.”

“Great place with several amenities. Toby the cat makes you feel very welcome. Krista the property owner remained in constant contact with us the entire time for anything that we may need. Celebrated my girlfriends Birthday and Krista made sure to leave her a surprise upon our arrival! Property is off the beaten path, but close enough to anything that you may need. Overall a wonderful experience and look forward to a return trip in the near future!”

“The five of us had a great time staying at the Hamilton… It was clean, comfortable, had all the needed amenities. We spent our evenings in front of the fireplace playing games and our last night, like always we had dinner in at the table… Super cozy… It was in a cute little neighborhood about five minutes from the town, which had a wide variety of dining options…Rosie’s cafe and Syds are a must! All of us just loved walking around the neighborhood… The neighbors were super friendly. when it came……

“Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable.”

“This home is in an easy to find neighborhood near to everything we needed. The check in and out process was smooth and communication was top notch! Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.”

“This house is very clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and even let us check in early. Great stay overall, only thing we wished was that the 1/2 bath had a curtain/blind on the window. Will stay again when visiting family.”

“This was a nice place. There was a few places of hair in the bathrooms and some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Other issue we ran into is there was no room to park the boat trailer. I have a 30 ft trailer and this road is pretty busy so would be very hard to back trailer into the driveway. Luckily my sister has a house just around the corner so we left the trailer in their front yard. But the house was very nice. The bedrooms were nice and my daughter slept on the pullout sofa, though……

“Cute and sunny carriage house We enjoyed our relaxing two-night stay in the carriage house. It is a great size for 2! We liked the sunny upstairs with the double bed and lots of windows and the nice sofa and table - just the right size for a couples' getaway. The downstairs eating area and bathroom were quaint and cozy. We liked the less mansion-like working class neighborhood too. One thing to know is that there is basically no yard (you'll need to go to one of the nearby parks) - also, the……

“The location was perfect for our stay and the property is nice. We were able to use the attached garage which was a bonus. All the amenities were adequate but could be a little lusher. Maybe some K-cups for the coffee maker and some hand towels and wash cloths. Perhaps a more personal touch and a decorating spruce up. Was still very nice - just not WOW!”
